Spirit of Life Announces Workshop
Discovering Your Authentic Self:
The Key to Outstanding Relationships
Parker, CO - Spirit of Life Inspiration Center is
leaping into Spring with a revitalizing workshop geared toward
women looking to identify and understand their "inner
critic" and uncover their "true self" through a unique
program that uses a form of equine-assisted therapy. The program is
called EFL
or Equine Facilitated Learning. The idea
is that horses are mirrors of our emotions, attitudes and thought
patterns, even ones that we may not be aware of.
Women who are stuck in life, lack confidence, have difficulty setting boundaries and perhaps lack courage to
speak their own truth will benefit from the workshop.
The program will help develop more creativity in
life, access and utilize intuitive abilities, uncover life
passions and better prepare communication methods to develop and
maintain more rewarding relationships.
The workshop will be presented by
Donna Martino, Spirit of Life Founder and a graduate of the HEAL Facilitator Training Program
and Rachel Lane, a Certified Life Coach and Financial Planner. Attendees do not
need to have any horse experience to attend. There is no riding
during this workshop.The program is conducted in a safe, indoor,
heated environment with an experienced staff.
The Workshop is scheduled for March 27th from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spirit of Life Inspiration
Center located at Donna Martino Arabians - 9240 Apache Road, Parker, CO.
The cost of the workshop is $99.00 per person. Beverages and a light snack will be provided.
