EFL (Equine Facilitated Learning): EFL is a form of animal assisted therapy using horses. Horses are mirrors of our emotions, attitudes and thought patterns, even ones that we might not be aware of. They are able to help us reprogram limiting beliefs into positive ones. That is why horses have been used effectively in addiction treatment centers such as Sierra Tucson.
